I'm quit knew to the game, I'm trying to complete the quest 'Clear chapter 1-2 of the mirage trials' but when I tap the mirage area, there isn't an option to add heroes or troops. I've got 11 heroes, and 1k+ troops but for some reason I can't add them?

Am I missing something? Someone shed some light, been stuck for a few days!
