Can't access the game unless I create a new account. I've been on "waiting" in live chat for over FOUR hours, most of that with "current players waiting 0". That, plus the lack of a forum post acknowledging the issue equals very poor customer service.

I'm sorry to hear you have been having this issue, unfortunately the Live Support department has been dealing with a large volume of complaints since the server issue occurred. I can only suggest that you try again at a later time.
