Ingame migrate passport describe theres only resources limit. So we can migrate to new world even with 5mil might and lvl 30 castle?

Hi OP, 

Though I am also New to the game, There is a Limit of how much resources you can take when u Migrate from one World to another. Some is seen as the Visa "Fees" which is paid.
